Terms
Last updated 21 September 2026
These are the terms for using kaigames.app. They are short on purpose.
The games
The games are provided as they are. Some are in beta: things will change, break and be fixed, and a save can occasionally be lost. Signing in and using the cloud save makes that much less likely, but it is not a guarantee.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see Privacy).
Fair play
Do not try to break the site, get into other people's accounts, or overload the service. Accounts used that way may be closed.
Content
The games, their writing and their artwork belong to Kai Games. Play them, share screenshots and the cards the games let you share; do not copy or resell them.
